Justin currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at SEG Systems. Prior to that, Justin served as Director and General Manager - Soft Seating at HNI Corporation and held various managerial positions at Allsteel. Justin holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BS in Agricultural Systems Management from Purdue University.
