Karen Nicholls is currently the Director of Order Processing & Customer Service as well as the VP of OP & Compliance at Segen. Prior to Segen, Karen held the title of VP of Operations at EdgePetrol from May 2019 to December 2022. Before that, Karen worked as a Contract Manager at Wayne Fueling Systems from April 2015 to February 2019. Karen also has an extensive background in various roles at Fairbanks Environmental from June 1999 to March 2015, including Contract Manager, Training Manager, Team Leader, and Data Analyst. Karen obtained a degree in Business Management from Wigan & Leigh in 2008 and completed their education at Wigan & Leigh College in 1990. Karen also attended Lathom High School from 1984 to 1988.
