Currently serving as Manager of Data Center Engineering at Segra since November 2018, Donald previously held the position of Senior Network Engineer at the same company. Prior to this, Donald worked as a Network Engineer at AECOM and as a Senior Network Engineer at Artech/IBM from September 2016 to November 2018. Donald holds a Professional Certificate in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Maryland, earned between 2006 and 2008, and has further training from Cisco.
