Dawn Hagen Williams

Dawn Hagen Williams is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in organizational development and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Corporate Communications Director at SEH since September 2003, Dawn leads a team focused on content marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and brand reach. Previously, roles included Assistant Communications Director at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Communications Director for the City of Elgin, and Public Information Manager at the Minneapolis Community Development Agency. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and is currently pursuing a Certified Digital Marketing Professional designation at the same institution.
