Jay Marsh

Jay Marsh has extensive experience in land development and project management, currently serving as Business Development Manager at SEH since March 2024 and as Manager at Seacrane Ventures since May 2023. Previously, Jay held key roles at Sambatek as Client Service Manager and DFW Practice Leader, and at Kimley-Horn as Associate and Senior Project Manager. Jay's background also includes positions at Bury, Insight Real Estate Strategies, Southern Land Company, Pate Engineers, and Carter & Burgess, focusing on both residential and commercial projects throughout a career starting in 1987. Jay Marsh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
