Jessica Murchie

Jessica Murchie is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Training Specialist II at SEH since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing and sourcing training content and selecting suitable training tools and methods. Previously, Jessica worked at Wayfair from May 2016 to March 2023, progressing through various roles such as Learning Strategies Analyst, Leadership Development Specialist, and Sales Trainer II, where contributions included developing a global learning intake application, leading workshops on leadership and sales coaching, and managing orientation for new hires. Jessica began the career at Comcast as an Xfinity Loyalty Representative, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction scores, and also served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Crestwood Care Center. Jessica holds academic credentials from Salt Lake Community College and Weber State University.
