Tawnia Pleski, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Currently serving as Benefits Manager and Senior HR Professional at SEH since January 2015, Tawnia has a proven track record in improving HR procedures and compliance, managing employee benefit programs, and overseeing hiring processes. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources/Payroll at Northwest Respiratory Services from December 2008 to January 2015, where Tawnia managed HR functions for 225 employees across 22 locations, enhanced documentation and procedures, and ensured compliance with employment laws.
