Logan Hillsinger

Logan Hillsinger is a seasoned professional with experience in product support, customer service, and sports officiating. Currently employed at SEI as a Product Support Engineer I since February 2021, Logan specializes in leading product deployments using agile methodologies and providing analytical support to resolve issues. Logan has been a Soccer Referee for US Youth Soccer since March 2013, officiating matches for youth players while effectively managing communications with coaches and parents. Prior positions include serving as a goPuff Ambassador and working at State Farm as an Account Associate, where Logan utilized Salesforce CRM to identify prospects and manage customer data efficiently. Logan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Drexel University College of Computing & Informatics.
