Cary Heaton, CCP, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent operations and total rewards spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Operations at Seismic since July 2020, Cary's previous roles include Vice President of People at BrightEdge and Vice President of Human Resources at WageWorks, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design, recruitment, compliance, and compensation management. Cary's career trajectory highlights leadership positions in various organizations, including Director of Human Resources at Source Refrigeration & HVAC and a series of managerial roles at prominent companies such as SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union and Edison International.
