Carmit Shiffer

Carmit Shiffer currently serves as the VP of HR at Sela, starting in June 2025. Prior to this role, Carmit held the position of HR Manager for the Software Solutions Division at Yael Group from January 2013 to July 2025. Earlier career experience includes serving as Recruitment and HR Manager at E4D Solutions LTD from January 2012 to January 2013, and Recruitment Manager at Duet - Advanced Management of Human Resources from December 2010 to December 2011. Carmit began a professional journey as a QA Engineer at Actimize from 2001 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in HR Management from The Open University Israel (2012-2013) and a BA in Behavioral Science from Hamichlala Leminhal (1996-1999).
