Anna Popova

Anna Popova is a Senior UX Researcher at Selectel since May 2022, where significant contributions include establishing research processes and executing diverse research projects. Additionally, Anna serves as a mentor for both Women In Technology and Netology, offering guidance to students in UX analytics. Prior experience encompasses a role as a UX Researcher at JetBrains from March 2016 to April 2022, focusing on user needs and enhancing the developer experience through mixed-method research. Earlier positions included Community Support Manager and Marketing Manager at Tourism, Marketing & Intelligence Ltd., and an internship at the Slovenian Tourist Board, where Anna conducted media landscape research. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Petersburg State University and a Master of Science in Tourism Management.
