Ilya Shlykov

Ilya Shlykov is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead for the IAM & Secret Management team at Selectel since October 2022, Ilya previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Miro from May 2019 to October 2022, leading the Ifra stream and the Growth stream as an Engineering Team Lead. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Team Lead at Xsolla, overseeing a core product team focused on payment processing, and contributing as a Backend Developer with significant achievements in subsystem development. Earlier professional experience includes backend development at TOMATOSHARK and a head position in the IT department at FloraGrow, where responsibilities ranged from R&D to e-commerce development. Ilya began a career in web development and security, including freelance pentesting.
