Sergey Pimkov

Sergey Pimkov has extensive experience in product management and development, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Product Officer at Selectel since March 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the management, development, and operations of a range of services such as OpenStack-based public cloud, Cloud Storage, and CDN. Previous roles at Selectel include Chief Development Officer, Product Owner, and Project Manager, highlighting significant contributions to various product areas including Selectel VPC and Distributed Monitoring. Prior to Selectel, Sergey held positions at ASCON and the Russian-German Institute of Polymers, as well as engineering roles at Cyfral. Sergey holds a Specialist degree in CAD/CAM/CAE systems and engineering from Bryansk State Technical University.
