Juan Carlos Rivera

Juan Carlos Rivera is an experienced professional in the field of education and training with a robust background in managing training programs and budgets. Currently serving as Responsable de formación at Triangle Solutions RRHH since March 2017, Juan Carlos oversees worker training and compliance with legal requirements. Previously, from 1995 to 2016, Juan Carlos held various leadership positions at IFES Instituto de Formación y Estudios Sociales, including Director de Gestión and Técnico, where responsibilities encompassed budget creation and client relations.
