Bret Setran

Bret Setran is a seasoned professional in risk management and environmental health and safety, currently serving as a Senior Risk Management Specialist at Selective Insurance since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Risk Management Consultant at EMC Insurance Companies from August 2019 to May 2024 and as a Risk Improvement Representative. Bret also worked as an Environmental Health Safety Engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies and gained foundational experience as a Safety Specialist Intern at Cretex Companies, Inc. Earlier career roles include serving at Canal Park Brewing Company and Kenai Princess Lodge. Bret holds a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth as well.
