Throughout this tenure, Henk Pieffers has held various roles including Bouwkundig tekenaar, controller, and bestekschrijver, as well as serving as Coördinator Continu Verbeteren. Currently, Henk Pieffers continues to work in the capacity of controller and bestekschrijver. Educational qualifications include an MTS Bouwkunde degree obtained between 1985 and 1989 and completion of the Stabu Bestekschrijver course from 1998 to 1999.
