Tessa McGilberry is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in developing technical solutions and leading development teams. Since February 2014, Tessa has been with Selerix Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include architecting solutions for client integration and electronic data interchange (EDI), as well as requirements gathering and feature specification. Prior to this role, Tessa served as a senior software engineer at Selerix, contributing to its flagship benefits enrollment system. Tessa's experience also includes serving as a lead software engineer at ITBelcom and working as a contract software developer, where Tessa developed software solutions and performed unit testing for various clients. Tessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
