Tania Haidara

Country Director at Self Help Africa

Tania Haidara currently serves as the Country Director for Self Help Africa, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tania was the Head of Capacity Building at adOpes Limited Kenya and adOpes Switzerland AG from February 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included developing and implementing capacity building frameworks. Tania's extensive experience with Swisscontact spanned over two decades, during which roles included Country Director for Uganda and Benin, managing project implementation and financial oversight in these countries. Tania's early career included a consultancy role at UNDP Mali. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Planning for Development from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, alongside multiple degrees in Social and Economic Administration from the University of Orleans, France.
