Elyssa Welling

Elyssa Welling currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Self Financial, Inc., since January 2025. Prior to this role, Elyssa held several key positions at Olo, including Chief of Staff and Senior Director of HR Business Partner for the Go-To-Market team, where responsibilities included aligning strategic initiatives and driving HR initiatives for a 300-member organization. Elyssa's experience also includes serving as VP of People at Wisely, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational design post-acquisition, and leading talent acquisition and HR at AArete, with a notable track record in recruitment and workforce planning. Elyssa began a career in recruitment coordinating campus efforts at The Boston Consulting Group and has amassed extensive experience in the field, supported by advanced degrees in Sociology from DePaul University and Ohio University.
