Tarun Gattu

Tarun Gattu is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing payment solutions and infrastructure management. At Self Financial, Inc., since June 2021, Gattu has integrated cash payment solutions, managed AWS Secrets Manager migrations, and refactored code to enhance software architecture while troubleshooting production issues. Prior experience includes a role at Dell from May 2018 to October 2020, where Gattu developed applications for server testing and created ETL pipelines for data exposure. Initial experience was gained as a software engineer intern at IBM in 2015, contributing to bare metal provisioning systems and OpenStack development. Gattu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2017.
