Astrid Krickl currently serves as a Data and Knowledge Engineer at Semantic Web Company since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Associate (PhD Student) and System Manager at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) from April 2019 to October 2022, and a Visiting Research Scholar at Universität Paderborn in July 2022. Astrid Krickl was also an Ambassador/Role Model at FIT Frauen in die Technik from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Java Developer and Tester at Bundesrechenzentrum in early 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien (2017-2019), a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution (2015-2017), and various educational pursuits at WU, Technische Universität Wien, and Technologisches Gewerbemuseum, culminating in a Matura & Diplom in Informationstechnologie/Medientechnik in 2015.
