Britney Hestand

Britney Hestand has over 11 years of work experience in product and technical management roles. Britney began their career in 2008 as a Technical Program Management Intern at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. In 2009, they worked as both an IT Business & Product Management Intern and Digital Portfolio Manager & IT Business Analyst at Amgen. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Senior IT Business Analyst & Technical Product Manager at both DIRECTV and Walt Disney Television. Britney then moved on to ESPN in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager. In 2019, they began working as a Principal Product Manager at both Sony Pictures Entertainment and SemanticBits.

Britney Hestand obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Information Systems & Marketing Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2009. Britney is currently continuing their studies at NEOMA Business School, focusing on International Business. In 2021, they obtained a Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
