Aleksandra Ryńska

Aleksandra Ryńska currently serves as the Head of Recruitment and People Partner at Semantive, where responsibilities include leading a 7-person team, partnering with C-level executives on HR initiatives, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, and managing HR projects to support business growth. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and HR Specialist at Volkswagen Financial Services (Poland) and various positions at Randstad Polska, demonstrating extensive expertise in recruitment, employer branding, and team management. Aleksandra holds postgraduate degrees in Coaching and Employer Branding for Managers from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University, respectively, as well as a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
