Austin Theriault

Austin Theriault is a Software Engineer at Semgrep since May 2022, where responsibilities include serving as the engineering lead for Semgrep Extension integrations and supporting the program analysis team. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at KnowYourVote, where contributions focused on the backend development using Python, Django, Heroku, and PostgreSQL, as well as internships at The George Washington University and the UNH InterOperability Lab. Austin also held a Computer Science Fellowship, specializing in cryptography under the guidance of Dr. Arkady Yerukhimovich. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The George Washington University in May 2023.
