Max Williams

Max Williams is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Controller at Semper Solaris since July 2022, Max has previously held the role of Controller at Perlick Corporation from April 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities also included positions as Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant. Prior to that, Max worked at EY as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff from July 2015 to April 2018. Early career experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Joy Global and a Finance Intern role at Assurant Health. Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2010 and 2014.
