Robert Winter has extensive work experience in sales and customer service. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at SEMPERIT AG as the Head of Sales EMEA / South America, where they are responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy, developing forecasts, and managing the sales team. Prior to this role, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at SEMPERIT AG, overseeing the DACH, BENELUX, and Iberian Peninsula regions from 2019 to 2021.

Robert then attended Universidad de Cádiz from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Business, Management, and Marketing. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Robert pursued a Master of Arts in Business (MA) with a specialization in Technical Sales Management at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
