Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Principal Counsel at Sempra Infrastructure since September 2019, focused on LNG project development, including marketing, shipping, and energy transition initiatives. Previously, Jeff held the position of Senior Counsel at Cheniere Energy, Inc., overseeing LNG trading and operations, and served as Senior Legal Counsel for LNG at Gazprom Marketing & Trading. Early in their career, Jeff worked at Simmons & Simmons LLP as a Solicitor managing energy and infrastructure transactions, and at Cox & Palmer as a Barrister and Solicitor handling diverse corporate matters. Jeff holds an LL.B. from Western University and a B.B.A. (Hons) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
