Bianca Vlietman has over 15 years of experience in customer service, currently serving at SENA in the Sena Servicedesk since January 2008. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at NIKE as a store employee from 2000 to 2007. Educated at Sint Jan Scholengemeenschap Laren from 1986 to 1992, Bianca also pursued further studies at L.O.I.

Sena (neighbouring rights)
In 1993, the government appointed Sena (in Dutch: Stichting ter exploitatie van naburige rechten) to manage the remuneration rights of all Dutch artists and record producers under the Neighbouring Rights Act, or WNR (Wet op de naburige rechten). In addition to all national artists and producers, Sena also represents international top acts. Our mission is to collect fees on behalf of national and international artists and producers, and to pass these on to the rightholders as quickly, correctly and with as few costs as possible.
