Dominique Franken has extensive experience in account management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Accountmanager Relatiebeheer Buitenland and Manager Servicedesk & Relatiebeheer at Sena since April 2013, Dominique has successfully established a data processing department and led a team of ten individuals, focusing on the development of distribution processes and implementing technical projects. Prior to this role, Dominique held positions including Business Developer at Sena, Customer Services Manager at Be Informed, and Customer Services Engineer at SWIFT, alongside consulting roles at Sony Logistics Europe. Academic qualifications include a degree in Music Management and further education in Information Technology, coaching, and ITIL, complemented by numerous certifications in relevant fields.

Sena (neighbouring rights)
In 1993, the government appointed Sena (in Dutch: Stichting ter exploitatie van naburige rechten) to manage the remuneration rights of all Dutch artists and record producers under the Neighbouring Rights Act, or WNR (Wet op de naburige rechten). In addition to all national artists and producers, Sena also represents international top acts. Our mission is to collect fees on behalf of national and international artists and producers, and to pass these on to the rightholders as quickly, correctly and with as few costs as possible.
