Hans Moolhuijsen has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Penningmeester of Filmtheater Hilversum since May 2020 and as Financieel Directeur at SENA since January 2013. Previous roles include Financieel Directeur at Manpower Nederland (2005-2012) and Randstad Nederland (2000-2005), Area Controller at Randstad Nederland (2000-2005), Controller Finance at RAM Mobile Data (1996-2000), and Financial Controller at KLM (1988-1996). Early career experiences include a Management Trainee position at NS from 1985 to 1988. Educational qualifications include courses from Nyenrode Business University (2019-2020) and Erasmus University Rotterdam (2015).

Sena (neighbouring rights)
In 1993, the government appointed Sena (in Dutch: Stichting ter exploitatie van naburige rechten) to manage the remuneration rights of all Dutch artists and record producers under the Neighbouring Rights Act, or WNR (Wet op de naburige rechten). In addition to all national artists and producers, Sena also represents international top acts. Our mission is to collect fees on behalf of national and international artists and producers, and to pass these on to the rightholders as quickly, correctly and with as few costs as possible.
