Allan Silva

Allan Silva is an experienced professional in the fields of atmospheric modeling, high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence, and data science. Currently serving as a consultant at SENAI CIMATEC since April 2021, Allan specializes in atmospheric modeling utilizing Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) and applied meteorology. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position at UFMA, focusing on offshore wind prediction studies using observational data and atmospheric modeling, as well as a postdoctoral role at UFRPE. Allan's teaching experience encompasses a position at Centro de Tecnologia do Gás e Energias Renováveis, where instruction was provided in wind and solar energy technologies. Allan holds a Ph.D. in Climate Sciences from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, a Master's degree in Meteorology from Universidade Federal de Alagoas, and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, also from Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
