Kwabena Ntim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kwabena started their career at Terex Corporation in 2010, where they held roles as a Logistics Team Leader and later as a Production Team Leader until 2013. Kwabena then moved to Johnson Controls and worked as a Production and Packing Supervisor for a year. Next, they joined Melford Technologies Ltd as a Production Manager from 2014 to 2017, before being promoted to Operations Manager until 2018. Kwabena then joined TT Electronics plc as a Production and Warehouse Manager from 2018 to 2019, and later became the Site Manufacturing Manager until 2021. After that, they worked at First Circle Packaging Limited as a Manufacturing Manager and then as an Operations Manager. Currently, Kwabena is employed at Senceive as the Operations Manager, and they are expected to become the Head of Operations in 2023.

Kwabena Ntim completed their Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Coventry University between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended The Henley College for their A Levels, although specific dates for this education are not provided.
