Rami Awar

Rami Awar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Sendcloud since January 2024, Rami also founded DataLine in May 2023, focusing on product marketing. Previous roles include Senior Backend Engineer at Agriplace, where Rami implemented a caching system and led a machine learning team, and Backend Tech Lead at Proton.ai, managing and coaching junior engineers. Rami's early career includes significant contributions to companies such as Signos, Murex, BMW Group, and Anghami, where Rami developed critical systems and infrastructures. Rami holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communications Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut.
