Kelsey Proctor is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Sendero, a management consulting firm, since June 2021, after previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resource Student Employee at Baylor University, managing CRM databases and supporting new hire documentation from August 2019 to June 2021. During a brief internship at Platinum Pools in 2020, Kelsey developed a five-step hiring process and created an algorithm for evaluating job-seeking websites. Prior roles in The Woodlands Township, from 2015 to 2019, involved overseeing aquatic facilities, managing employee training, and conducting performance management as a Zone Supervisor. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baylor University in 2021.
