Michelle Stocking, CHRL, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and change management, currently serving as the Manager of Change Management at Seneca College since July 2017. In this role, Michelle has successfully led a team of six talent acquisition professionals, developed comprehensive talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, and ensured equitable recruitment processes. Michelle has also spearheaded Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives in collaboration with Seneca’s EDI department. Prior to joining Seneca, Michelle held various positions at CPG Connect, culminating in the role of Manager, Talent & Marketing. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from York University and has completed graduate studies in Human Resources Management and Adult Education at Seneca Polytechnic.
