Kristine Dillin

Kristine Dillin currently serves as the Director of Social Services at Homage Senior Services, focusing on empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities through key program management. With prior experience as the Care & Connect Program Manager at Medical Teams International, Kristine oversaw operations and financial management for a statewide program. As Program Development Director at Phinney Neighborhood Association, Kristine led community programming initiatives and managed diverse teams. Previous roles also include Marketing and Communications Manager for Path From Poverty, where Kristine enhanced outreach through strategic marketing efforts, and Board member at University Family YMCA, contributing to fundraising and community engagement. Kristine's foundational experience includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional and co-founding a successful catering business, alongside a strong sales background with roles at Saflink, Inc. and AVT/Captaris. Kristine holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University and is engaged in ongoing leadership education.
