Navy Gravelle has extensive experience in customer service and data management, currently serving as a Data Integrity Coordinator and Care Advisor at Caregiver Homes since February 2013. Responsibilities include managing service order applications, handling inbound calls, documenting interactions in the database, and screening referrals while providing comprehensive information about the CGH program. Previously, from July 2012 to February 2013, Navy Gravelle worked as a Member Service Representative at Boston Medical Center Healthnet Plan, where duties involved implementing customer service policies, analyzing call volumes, and optimizing staff scheduling to enhance operational efficiency and meet performance goals.
