Kaperdal’s notable tenure at TD Bank Group as Head of Digital Channels involved the comprehensive oversight of digital initiatives across multiple divisions, while a prior role at BB&T as Head of Online Channels involved developing and executing online strategies that significantly reduced operational costs. Kaperdal holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
