Ann Jordan

Ann Jordan has extensive experience in corporate communications, currently serving as Director of Employee Communications at Sensata Technologies since May 2020. In this role, Ann leads global internal communications strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and confidence in leadership. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant from 2011 to May 2020, where Ann developed communication strategies across various sectors, as well as serving as Senior Employee Communications Program Manager and Employee Communications Specialist at PTC (1999-2010), where Ann focused on employee commitment and engagement. Ann began a career in media as a Producer/Reporter at WVII/WFVX BANGOR in 1998. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University.
