Diego Ramírez

Diego Ramírez is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Design Engineering & Lab Director for the NA Vehicle Business at Sensata Technologies, overseeing a team of 18 engineers and 3 supervisors across multiple product families. With experience in various managerial roles, Diego has been responsible for guiding design engineering teams, managing headcount and budgets, and interacting directly with customer design teams. Prior positions include leadership roles at Marelli, where key accomplishments included successfully managing electronics design projects and achieving significant cost reductions. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering with honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad Panamericana, and additional certificates from Cornell University, positioning Diego as a skilled leader in engineering and project management.
