Jodi Janz-Carleton

Jodi Janz-Carleton is a seasoned professional in business analysis and human resources information systems with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Sensata Technologies since September 2024, Jodi previously held the position of Human Resources Information System Analyst at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, where responsibilities included managing a PeopleSoft PUM update project and leading data collection for the Impact Workforce Commitment pledge.
