Kiril Nikolaev has extensive experience in engineering, particularly within Sensata Technologies, where Kiril has held several key positions since April 2015, including Design Engineering and Labs Director, Engineering Director for Laboratories, and Laboratory Manager, overseeing the company's largest R&D laboratory. Previous roles at Sensata included Design Engineering Supervisor for High Temperature Sensors and Design Engineering Supervisor for Pressure Sensors, where Kiril managed teams responsible for developing sensors for automotive and heavy vehicle applications. Prior experience includes positions at KANTOR ENERGY LIMITED and Thermoclima, focusing on mechanical design and HVAC systems. Kiril holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in HVAC from Technical University Sofia.
