Leo Xia currently serves as the China EV Business Head at Sensata Technologies, having held various senior management roles since April 2013, including positions in global strategic sourcing and automotive marketing. Between June 2005 and December 2012, Leo worked as a Product Engineering Manager at Texas Instruments, achieving significant advancements in process efficiency and supplier management. Earlier experience includes roles at Intel Corporation and SMIC, where Leo demonstrated strong leadership in delivery goals and quality control. Leo holds dual MBA degrees in Business Administration from Fudan University and The University of Hong Kong, along with a BS in Electronic Science and Technology from Fudan University.
