Sara Moricz

Sara Moricz is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Sensative since January 2022. Prior to this role, Moricz worked as a Data Analyst at IKEA Group from October 2019 to January 2022 and gained significant research experience as a PhD Candidate in Economics at Lund University from July 2016 to July 2019, during which a thesis explored the impact of the #MeToo movement on gender norms using deep learning to analyze Swedish tweets. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience was gained as the owner of CompareFish from February 2016 to December 2017. The academic journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Economics, both attained at Lund University. Other positions held include Higher Executive Officer at Sogn og Fjordane University College, Research Assistant at Statistics Norway, and a Consultant role at the Swedish Tax Agency, along with an internship at the Embassy of Sweden in Kuala Lumpur.
