Rachel Underwood has a diverse background in inventory management, administrative support, and customer service. Currently serving as an Inventory Clerk at SENSIT Technologies since August 2020, Rachel is responsible for inventory management and receiving shipments. Previous experience includes roles as a Shipping Receiving Specialist at American Direct Sales, focusing on managing shipping logistics, and as an Administrative Assistant at Paragon Installations, Inc., handling permit applications and coordinating with warehouses. Rachel's foundational experience in customer service began at Ivy Tech Community College as a Library Assistant, where responsibilities included data analysis and training. A Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Northwest complements Rachel's extensive professional experience.
