Heather Rahman Staubus

Heather Rahman Staubus is a clinical informatics professional currently serving as the Epic Inpatient Physician Liaison at Sentara Health since June 2016. In this role, responsibilities include providing Epic training to new providers, assisting existing providers with workflow issues, and participating in initiatives to enhance patient care efficiency. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Surgical Coordinator, managing surgical schedules for vascular surgeons, and as a Patient Care Associate and IT Trainer, where training for new electronic medical records software was conducted. Earlier experience includes roles in content development, client services supervision, and instructional success at Rosetta Stone, as well as freelance copy editing. Heather holds a BS in Mass Communications with a minor in Spanish from Towson University.
