John Silvan is an accomplished technical lead with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Technical Lead and Senior Member of Technical Staff at SentiSum since October 2022, John has a proven track record of reducing transaction failure rates significantly during tenure at HSBC from July 2018 to September 2022, where innovative monitoring dashboards and automated deployment solutions were implemented. Earlier roles included software engineering internships at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and Zenstill Analytics, where John developed secure data movement solutions and front-end applications.
