Joao Castro Silva Jr

Joao Castro Silva Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Performance Specialist and Senior Instructional Designer at Sentry since May 2014, Joao utilizes Adobe Cloud and the Articulate suite to develop engaging learning content. Prior roles at Sentry included Instructional Designer and Software Engineer, where Joao contributed to various projects using technologies such as Java, SQL, and MongoDB, while also participating in the leadership of the Summer Internship Program. Earlier experience includes positions as a Student Web Developer at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and UW-Green Bay, a Translator at International Translators, and an Instructor at Wizard Language School. Joao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
