Sarah Houy, MA, LPC, RYT, BCN is a licensed professional counselor and yoga teacher with a background in clinical psychology. Sarah is the co-founder and CEO of Sentur, a mental health company dedicated to empowering clients to live empowered lives. Sarah is also the owner and founder of Inspiration to Live Well Integrated Mental Health, where Sarah specializes in working with teens and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and somatic symptoms. Additionally, Sarah has experience in teaching parenting strategies for navigating the teen years, developing custom curriculums, and utilizing technology in the real estate industry. Sarah holds a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Psychology and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology.
