Joon Koo Lee, MBA

Joon Koo Lee, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in technical sales and project management. Joon Koo began their career as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps from 2006 to 2008. Afterward, Joon worked at Quick vision as an intern in 2011 and at Koyo Bearings Korea as a System Engineer from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Joon joined Kawasaki Robotics as a Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in automating home appliances for Samsung Electronics, forging lines for Iljin Global, and automobile production lines for Hyundai motor companies. During this time, they also developed a mathematical model for control systems in robots and created a robotic failure prediction software.

Joon then moved on to positions at smartmicro and Hyundai Robotics Europe GmbH as a Sales Manager and Technical Sales Manager respectively. Joon Koo was responsible for driving sales and managing technical aspects in these roles.

Most recently, Joon joined Seoul Robotics as a Technical Sales Manager for the EMEA region in 2023.

Joon Koo Lee completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Hanyang University from 2005 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their educational achievements, Joon Koo Lee also obtained the Führerschein AM/B/L certification from Bundesrepublik Deutschland in April 2019.
